Lineup for Kingston’s 2023 O+ music festival KINGSTON, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The lineup has been announced for the 13th annual O+ Festival in Kingston. The festival is set for October 6 through 8. Man charged with assaulting mother of his child at airport ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. - A man is accused of attacking his ex-girlfriend and mother of their child during an arranged meeting last week at the airport.According to a report filed by the St. Louis Airport Police, the incident occurred on July 23.A bus driver at the airport contact police after witnessing the assault.Police claim the man, identified as Marenzo Payne, 19, had agreed to meet with his ex in order to exchange belongings. But during the meeting, Payne threw the victim to the ground, held her down by the back of the neck, and repeatedly struck her. Corpse flower now blooming at Missouri Botanical Garden Airport police arrived at the scene and took Payne into custody.The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney's Office charged Payne with one count of third-degree domestic assault. If convicted, Payne faces up to four years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

Mobile drug lab busted, fugitive's run ends in southern Illinois WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Ill. - Authorities arrested a fugitive wanted by U.S. Marshals over the weekend in southern Illinois and busted a mobile drug lab arranged in an SUV. The Williamson County Sheriff's Office announced the arrests of Aaron M. Trover and Anthony Futia in the investigation. Trover was wanted on a federal warrant for amphetamine manufacturing. The incident leading to Trover's arrest unfolded late Saturday evening. Deputies spotted him in the parking lot of a Huck's Convenience Store on East DeYoung Street. As deputies approached him, Trover took off and prompted a 30-mile pursuit throughout southern Illinois. Man charged in Maryland Heights business burglary ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. - A Hannibal, Missouri, man is accused of breaking into a Maryland Heights business suite and stealing company-owned electronics.According to a report filed by the Maryland Heights Police Department, the burglary happened on July 24. An employee of the Balchem Corporation contacted police and reported a break-in, saying somebody had stolen docking stations, computers, laptops, iPhones, and power strips.Police later arrested the suspect, Caleb Lovell, while responding to a separate call for a suspicious person. Cardinals trade frenzy begins: Montgomery to Rangers, Hicks to Blue Jays Police claim Lovell had stashed many of the stolen items in nearby places, and that he admitted to the break-in.The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney's Office charged Lovell, 27, with second-degree burglary and stealing - $750 or more. Colorado State Parks will have free admission on Aug. 7 Colorado Parks and Wildlife plans to celebrate Colorado Day and the state’s 147th birthday by offering free entry to all Colorado state parks on Monday, Aug. 7.Colorado Day is Aug. 1, and commemorates the day in 1876 when President Ulysses S. Grant granted Colorado’s statehood. The state parks system is celebrating the anniversary by offering free admission to state parks on the first Monday of August. Detectives investigating in-custody death of inmate in San Bernardino  Authorities with the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department are investigating what led up to the in-custody death of an inmate.According to an SBSD release, deputies at the Central Detention Center in San Bernardino discovered 41-year-old Anthony Edward Ramirez hanging inside a cell around 8:42 p.m. Saturday night. Deputies and jail medical staff quickly responded and began life-saving measures, and Ramirez was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. Officials with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Specialized Investigations Division are handling the investigation into Ramirez's death.  Security guard beaten to death by mob in Hollywood identified Ramirez was arrested on Sept. 21, 2021, by the San Bernardino Police Department for possession of a controlled substance while armed, felon in possession of a firearm and prohibited person in possession of ammunition. Anyone with information regarding Ramirez’s death is urged to contact...

Woman Killed in Multi-Vehicle Crash on Loop 101 [Scottsdale, AZ] Four-Vehicle Collision near Hayden Road Left One DeadSCOTTSDALE, AZ (July 31, 2023) – Wednesday afternoon, a multi-vehicle crash on Loop 101 left one woman dead.On July 26th, at around 1:30 p.m., officers responded to the westbound lanes of the highway near Hayden Road involving a four-vehicle collision.Furthermore, the investigation showed that a Ford pickup tried to merge into the lanes but was not successful causing it to crash into a Chrysler sedan. The collision caused a chain reaction crash involving three more vehicles.For reasons that are currently unclear, the Chrysler rolled over causing the female driver to sustain extreme injuries.Emergency crews arrived at the site of the collision shortly after and pronounced the woman dead at the scene.
