CASTLETON, Vt. (NEWS10) -- The family of Honoree Fleming, the woman killed on a rail trail in Castleton, are speaking out. Vermont State Police are investigating several leads into her case.Fleming was fatally shot on Thursday, Oct. 5 on the Delaware and Hudson Rail Trail. Police recently released a sketch of the person they believe is responsible. Fleming's son, Dean Powers, spoke to Fox News Digital about his mom's death. Three arrested for alleged robbery of delivery driver in Green Island

GREEN ISLAND, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Three men were arrested Tuesday for a robbery in the village of Green Island. The incident took place on George Street.Police said two men struck a delivery driver in the face, which caused the victim to fall on the sidewalk and sustain injuries. Bennie Stephens Jr., of Green Island, Ryan Riddell, of Troy, and Jaquan Henry, of Troy, were arrested. Police said they had planned to rob a delivery driver. Stephens was charged with robbery in the second degree, Riddell was charged with two counts of robbery in the second degree, and Henry was charged with two counts of robbery in the second degree.All three were arraigned and sent to the Albany County jail on $25,000 cash or bond. An order of protection was issued for the victim.

ST. LOUIS – A regular rec center visitor is now banned from all facilities in St. Louis after FOX 2 raised the alarm about another sex crime arrest.Samuel L. Butler, 71, was arrested Monday for sex crimes in Benton Park. St. Louis police had been looking for him for months because of what a citizen reported at the pickleball courts.Once officers caught up with their suspect, they reported Butler had 17 prior convictions, two of which involved sex crimes and minors from more than a decade ago.The police probable cause statement continues, stating the defendant "admitted he worked as an assistant coach at the Cherokee Rec Center.” It’s a center that’s just about a football field away from the pickleball courts. Federal fraud suspect released before cashing $40K false check in Hazelwood

HAZELWOOD, Mo. – A 46-year-old tax preparer is behind bars Wednesday after allegedly cashing a fraudulent check worth more than $40,000 at a local liquor shop. Her criminal history might surprise you.According to court documents, Tiffany McAllister walked into A-1 Liquor on Sept. 15 and cashed a phony check worth more than $40,000. In mid-October, McAllister found her way back to A-1 and attempted to cash another check, this one worth over $25,000.
